-Washing machine inside and out, soap tray inside

-Dishwasher wipe down inside and out, clean filter

-Floors hoovered & mopped     

-Removal of dust & cobwebs

-Bathroom cabinets wiped down 

-Sinks, taps & shower screens limescale removed and wiped down

-Mirrors cleaned

-Window sills wiped down & windows cleaned (inside only)

-Skirting boards, doors & switches wiped down

-Toilets wiped and cleaned, limescale removed inside (if applicable)

-Floors hoovered & mopped 

-Removal of dust & cobwebs

If a property has areas with specific functions, that can't be classified as a standard room. These will need mentioned when booking an end of tenancy, as there may be specific requirements and methods needed to clean. 

These can include indoor swimming pool areas, conservatory rooms, wine cellars, attics, garages, gyms ect.
